How Fernwood Candy Chocolate Is Made
Our gourmet treats start with simple ingredients such as cocoa beans, milk, and coconut oil. We believe in using among the highest quality ingredients to make our delicious chocolate treats. Some of our chocolate treat recipes date back to the 1940s, and we don’t plan on changing them anytime soon. A customer favorite, Fernwood Candy’s Mint Chocolate Sandwiches, utilize a delicious recipe gifted to the Fernwood Candy founders, George and Leah Wood, more than 70 years ago. We believe that simple ingredients and classic recipes create delicious chocolate treats that will please the palate for years to come.
Balanced Chocolate Flavors
Our famous Mint Chocolate Sandwiches are crafted with you in mind. We stack two even layers of our decadent dark chocolate or silky milk chocolate with a thin layer of our mint chocolate sandwiched between the chocolate layers. We know that many of our customers share our treats on holidays, special occasions, or at family gatherings.
Hand-Dipped Deliciousness
Some of our tasty chocolate treats, like our Almondettes, are hand-dipped in rich milk chocolate. Fernwood Candy Almondettes are coated to perfection before being covered in crushed almonds, creating the classic almond dessert.
